Meg wear's this costume to the New Year's Eve Masquerade Ball, dressed as an angel.
Description, sent in by Brooke
Fabric: It has a feather motif. What you think are real feathers is in fact just thread. Kind of like part of the fabric is frayed. There is a darker underside fabric. It has a gray tint to it.
The corset is built into the dress. There are 12 bones and 12 sections. It is held closed by bra hooks. There are 17 bra hooks in all. The inside of the top is lined in a more comfortable fabric. The sleeves are marabou feathers. With dull gold or brass accents on a beige or cream colored ribbon. Underneath the marabou feathers is an elastic straps for the sleeve support. The back a gold beige see through fabric cut into long wavy strips and sewn onto a beige or cream see through fabric. It has a cascade effect. It is the same in the front but is outlined in marabou feathers. The top is very very very low cut. There are four large snaps in the middle of the back about two inches below the marabou for the wings.
Underskirt
Stiff see through material. Close to a foot from the bottom a gold tinged see through material is pleated (a lot of pleats) and sewn on to the skirt. It is for show. It reaches the floor. There is then another layer with smaller pleats added to the skirt but underneath the first layer.

Ebay Auction: The second of each photo has been "photofixed" just so you know. Some images come out better/ligther when I do that, so I figured, why not post it.
